Ramesh is an incoming Assistant Professor (Fall 2026) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Central Arkansas . He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer and Cyber Sciences, Augusta University, working under the supervision of Dr. Costas Busch. Ramesh earned his master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pokhara University, Nepal, and his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. With four years of industry experience as a software engineer, he brings both academic expertise and practical knowledge to his work.
Ramesh also serves as an invited and external reviewer for several journals, including IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, Theoretical Computer Science, Journal of Network and Computer Applications, and IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, as well as leading conferences such as PODC, DISC, SIROCCO, and IEEE Blockchain.
